Попробовал перевести SATA в режим AHCI.
И АЛЬТ перестал загружаться.
Меню LILO показывает, выбираю АЛЬТ, вижу экран с ласточками и градусником.
И всё. Градусник не двмжется. Клавиатура мертвая. На другие консоли
переключится нельзя. Помогает только Reset. И возврат SATA в режим IDE.
Система = бранч 5.1 устанавливалась еще на старой матери, на которой SATA
был в режиме IDE.
Где нужно пошаманить?

Скорее всего, нужно создать initrd с необходимыми модулями.
Из живой системы, или загрузившись с cdrom/flash
