Бывает. В принципе, есть smoke-room@, но и здесь уместно.

Ключевое не_понравившееся:
- "с привязкой к дистрибутиву"
- "альтернативой 1С"
Потому как:
- хорошо написанный софт имеет обыкновение как раз
минимализировать привязку к платформе, не требуя
сверх необходимого;
- клоны редко бывают удачны.
По существу же коллеги всё сказали.
