Разобрался! Проблема в flashblock, а именно в его старой версии (ставил не из
репозитория, а прямо из огнелиса - только для себя)
Старая версия (у меня 11.5.11.2) как-то некорректно обрабатывала данные и в
результате огнелис предлагал сохранить в файл. Обойти это можно было поместив
адрес ftp.open-club.ru в белый список для flashblock.
С последней версией flashblock 11.5.13 - все отрабатывается правильно.
