А вот на другом компе столкнулся с таким - при попытке проиграть поток -
предлагает его сохранить. ALT Branch 5.1, KDE3.5, Firefox, flashblock
Главное отличие в том, что в первом случае огнелис ставился с нуля
сравнительно недавно, а во втором (где глюк) - каталог ~/.mozilla
передавался "по наследству" еще со времен ALD 4.0. Так что надо будет
порыться в его файлах на предмет mime-типов (просто в в "настройках" или в
about:config сходу не нашел)
