Для этого чудо-чипа требуется программа, приводящая его в рабочее
состояние, которая лежит в пакете udev-extras вместе с нужным для её
запуска правилом udev (в версии udev-extras-0.20090516-alt4 есть).
После выполнения modem-modeswitch (или mobile-action-modeswitch в
последних версиях) устройство 0df7:0800 должно исчезнуть, вместо него
появится новое уже с другим идентификатором.
