Судя по сообщению "unknown MAC (0x27c00700)", драйвер r8169 в
используемом ядре слишком старый. Поддержка этой версии чипа
появилась в 2.6.28 (commit 2857ffb7b8913ef713533ac5783abd70a20529e4 -
r8169: additional 8101 and 8102 support).
Вообще драйвер r8169 до сих пор проблемный даже на старых чипах -
например, на 10ec:8167 RTL8169sc/8110sc XID 18000000 в последнее время
примерно раз в пару недель после загрузки линк тоже не поднимается, но
там это хотя бы лечится перезагрузкой модуля.
