Ааа... попробуйте ещё спаковать что-то больше объёма RAM
обычным zip'ом и распаковать, и так несколько раз.
Ну и залезть в BIOS приподнять тайминги по памяти
(грубо говоря -- "это не DDR1066, а DDR800"; либо
если включен какой "турборежим", то отключить).
