Помеченное "***" - убрать из eth0 и перенести в br0 (хотя resolv.conf,
вероятно, может и так работать, поскольку не трогает сам интерфейс).

Так разберитесь, какой адрес вы хотите использовать для самого хоста -
192.168.1.2, 192.168.1.3, или по какой-то причине нужны оба? Адрес
для виртуальной машины здесь вообще не прописывается - он будет
присутствовать только в настройках внутри самой ВМ.

"/24" тут совсем лишнее.
