В „Добавить виджеты„ выбираю „Установить новые виджеты„, но так и не
понял куда они устанавливаются. Как их потом добавлять? То же самое и с
оформлением рабочего стола. Скачиваются, а куда не понятно.

туда, но видны только после перезапуска и названия могут быть не
русские, если загружали с русским названием
