Зачем 20 гиг?
При сборке пакета хашер пытается лезть в инет скачивать файлы и выдает
список файлов для скачивания. Тут мы его обламываем, делаем
apt-get install -d --reinstall список_файлов, генерируем локальный
репозиторий и собираем из него. После сборки пары пакетов набирается
локальный репозиторий, пригодный для сборки почти любых других.
Как вариант, вместо apt-get install можно использовать sisyphus_mirror,
но мне лень было с ним разбираться.
