Вот тут должно быть wait=no (и в предлагаемом по умолчанию файле
именно так и написано).
Ещё нужно написать требуемое значение only_from (если в общей
конфигурации в /etc/xinetd.conf не изменено изначально установленное
only_from = 127.0.0.1).
