Переключись на ветку 4.1 и обнови apt, после этого можешь переключиться
обратно на 5.0 и обновиться.

Попробуй вернуть старый репозиторий, из него обнови apt, а потом
попробуй 5.0
Мне помогло при переходе на сизиф.
