Subject: [Comm] Снова не стартует dhcpcd

После четверговых обновлений с репозитария Платформы 5 (как всегда
альтератор и его модули) в очередной раз перестал запускаться
автоматически dhcpcd. Вручную - пожалуйста, автоматически - нет.
Проверено на домашнем и рабочем dhcp-серверах. До этого все было в
ажуре..
