Ну, судя по
volume.policy.mount_option.dmask=0000 = true (bool)
volume.policy.mount_option.umask=0111 = true (bool)
что-то там в политиках учитывается. Вопрос еще, в нужной ли форме.
А строки из /proc/mounts, посвященные смонтированной флешке?
