Здесь предложен метод обхода через "копи-паст". Проверил - вроде работает...
Жутко неудобно для чата, но как вариант... Второй вариант - транслитом, но
тогда неудобно для других участников чата...
Еще вариант - пинать программистов конкретного интернет-ресурса. Там же в
багзиле был предложен свой вариант TextFieldUtf8 взамен TextField. Но вот
почешутся ли они ради нескольких линуксовых пользователей (впрочем и
маковских тоже)?
