У меня в BIOS локальное время. Вчера, при включении, оно
автоматически выставилось. Но это произойдёт только в том случае, если
сервис ntpd поднят. Если не поднят (на работе прокси не пускает), то
только вручную, примерно так: sudo date -s '2009-03-30 08:00:00'
