Имел подобную проблему: интерфейсы плясали с завидным упорством.
Решение было такое:
lspci -k
увидить сетевые карты:
01:00.0 Ethernet controller: Attansic Technology Corp. L1 Gigabit
Ethernet Adapter (rev b0)
Kernel driver in use: atl1
Kernel modules: atl1
03:01.0 Ethernet controller: Realtek Semiconductor Co., Ltd.
RTL-8139/8139C/8139C+ (rev 10)
Kernel driver in use: 8139too
Kernel modules: 8139cp, 8139too
Добавить в /etc/modules
строки типо
atl1
8139too
сохранить и ребутнуть.
