KDE4 у меня нет, но решал бы я это следующим путем:
1. Оторвать от нее функцию клавиши-модификатора.
2. Повесить на нее вызов меню.
Первый пункт проще всего решить посредством xmodmap (подозреваю man xmodmap
на предмет remove MODIFIERNAME = KEYSYMNAME). Клавиши эти называются
Super_L и Super_R (если есть вторая).
После снятия функции модификатора ей можно будет назначить функцию вызова
меню в центре управления KDE.
Повторюсь, что не знаю, как это работает в KDE4. Но если они нигде не
прибили Super_ гвоздями, то должно сработать, ибо это все-таки те же иксы.
