Центр России для Вас где? В Екатеринбурге, например, проблем
особых с безлимитным трафиком нет.Сизиф для домашнего использования
очень даже подходит при условии, что Вы будете достаточно осторожны и
заранее ознакомитесь с рекомендациями по использованию.
Вы бы лучше озвучили местность, в которой проживаете - а вдруг
у Вас кто-то по соседству или в соседнем городе располагает бранчем или
свеженьким срезом Сизифа.
