Раздел Секьюрити/Корректный ACL прочитали?
Там как раз есть ACL о том, чтобы позволить менять пароль пользователя
самому пользователю и админу, анонимам проходить аутентификацию и
запретить все остальные операции с полем userPassword.
Они указываются в конфигах сервера LDAP.
