Проблему можно частично решить уменьшив высоту панели. Для этого необходимо
открыть плазмоид настройки панели (гномья !!! лапа :-) на правом крае панели)
и потянуть верхний край открывшейся панели в соответствующем направлении :-).
При этом панель может уползти слегка вниз. Этот дефект исправляется
перезагрузкой кде. Надеюсь не утомил :-)
