Поставил на ноут Десктоп 4.1, дообновился до бранча. Есть
некоторые мелочи, которые немного "раздражают" , например
синезуб. В другой ветке советовали bluez-utils из Сизифа. Если
дообновиться до Сизифа , какие грабли могут быть там? Точнее
достаточно ли стабильно на сегодняшний день в Сизифе?

Это лучше спрашивать в sisyphus@, но я бы сперва попробовал
(или попросил) сделать бэкпорт, и уж в крайнем случае прыгал
на сизиф.
С nvidia/fglrx есть (были?) проблемы, как минимум.
