Очевидно, Bluetooth не поддерживается на этапе установки. При этом после
установки все (по словам обладателей такой техники) работает.

Вот это баг.

Унификация. evince лучше показывает PDF, даёт выделять текст не блоком, а
потоком, показывает многостраничные TIFF. Это более универсальный просмотрщик.
kdebase-kdeprint в 4.1.1 есть точно.
