Примерно ориентируясь по этой инструкции (на украинском):

-- получилось поднять на ALT 4.0 (только CPAN-ить так жёстко
не надо, перловка в основном уже в 4.0/branch была нужная).

Есть готовый корень системы (строго говоря, дамп OpenVZ-шного
контейнера), но я не уверен, насколько его возможно выдать на
руки -- бишь есть ли там частные данные. Выяснить это можно,
но нужно время.
Соответственно если есть возможность, то намного лучше было бы
скооперироваться со svyt@ и добить сборку пакетов, чтоб
инструкция звучала примерно как
apt-get install koha
:)
