Я бы задумался над переустановкой пакетов KDE. А может быть и всех вообще.
Ну как минимум переустановить kdelibs и kdebase-* лишним не будет точно.
Вот только как это лучше сделать? Если апгрейдились с интернета, то можно
сделать apt-get autoclean, потом пойти в /var/cache/apt/archive и
переставить нужные rpm-ки. Но может есть более правильный путь - лучше
дождаться ответа знатоков местных apt и rpm :)
