В таком случае lilo.conf и /boot должны быть "общими" для всех
инсталляций. С /boot это просто, с lilo.conf сложнее.

Самый простой вариант - держать *BM в MBR, а загрузчики для
каждой инсталляции прописывать в первый сектор раздела.
В качестве такого "BM" можно использовать и lilo в одной из
инсталляций, прописывая "other=/dev/sdXY" для всех остальных.
