создаёте /etc/apt/sisyphus.conf следующего содержания:

и /etc/apt/sisyphus.list следующего содержания:

rpm [alt] ftp://ftp.altlinux.ru/pub/distributions/ALTLinux/Sisyphus
i586 classic 
rpm [alt] ftp://ftp.altlinux.ru/pub/distributions/ALTLinux/Sisyphus
noarch classic

ну и затем:
apt-get --config-file /etc/apt/sisyphus.conf update
apt-get --config-file /etc/apt/immo.conf install openoffice.org
openoffice.org-langpack-ru openoffice.org-kde
