Добрый день.
А какое можно выбрать надёжное незагруженное своевременно апдейтищееся зеркало
с бранчами-сизифом близко к M9 в Москве? Попробовал было rsync.chg.ru, благо
3 хопа до него - но облом-с, что в 4.0, что в 4.1 кучи файлов не хватает.

гляньте время доступа к узлам с помощью traceroute
