Вроде нормально, хотя вместо кучи опций может хватить
-Pav --delete-after (плюс исключения).

Проверьте резолвинг -- e.g. ping ftp.linux.kiev.ua работает?

Иногда штормит канал (не знаю -- перегрузка или что),
иногда может быть высокая нагрузка на сервер (ночью работает
анализатор пакетов для alt.linux.kiev.ua -- с 3 до 5 по Киеву
особенно тяжело).
Вообще буду благодарен за уведомления, поскольку не всегда
получается отловить самому -- может, получится ещё с чем
скоррелировать.
