Сейчас меня закидают тухлыми помидорами, но почему бы не взять словарь с
http://wiki.services.openoffice.org/wiki/Dictionaries и не установить
вручную в <OOoHome>/user/wordbook/?

Скриншотик бы с образцом кракозябр... Просто у меня есть одна гипотеза,
но нет ни Alt, ни stardict, чтобы ее проверить.
