Не совсем понятный (мне сейчас), но работает.

С дистрибутивами львиная доля проблем -- около инсталера.
Соответственно пишу с машинки под M41, вполне себе живёт.

4.2 (или 5.0, не знаю) отпочкуется вроде как осенью для
стабилизации к весне.

Насколько понимаю, не особо: серверные и школьные дистрибутивы
вышли на 4.0, на 4.1 предполагаются скорее только десктопные.
