nut - более универсальный в плане разных UPS, не только APC. А описанное
(один бесперебойник и нескоолько серверов) и apcupsd умеет. У NUT один
недостаток был раньше - не было средств для работы с EEPROM UPS. Сейчас
не знаю, не смотрел давно. У apcupsd, какое-никакое, а есть.
