Ну так можно взять src.rpm, rpm -i его, поправить спек
в ~/RPM/SPECS и собрать как rpm -ba --target i586 wesnoth.spec
-- заодно патчик или целый спек в запрос в bugzilla и повесить,
так обычно быстрей чинят ;-)

Фичреквест повесьте, как иначе майнтейнеру узнать, что оно надо?
