Консоль -- это то, что добывается с помощью Ctrl+Alt+F1. "Соединиться" с
ней нельзя. Расскажите, пожалуйста, как именно это "соединение с консолью"
происходит (ну, что запускаете, какие кнопки нажимаете, вводите ли
логин, пароль и т. п.). Пароль можно не рассказывать :)).
