Скорее всего /home отмонтируется раньше /mnt/ALD4 или кто-то из них не
отмонтируется вовсе. /mnt/ALD4 в fstab-е есть, или это как-то потом у
вас делается? И посмотрите в /var/log/messages на предмет сообщений о
размонтировании (это непосредственно перед стертом ядра).
