Ну в принципе можно попробовать создать раздел и загнать туда содержимое
инсталяционного диска.
С дискетки грузиться - надо почитать документацию на syslinux - кажется, он
должен такое уметь, и виндусячья версия имеется.
Ядро и initrd, которые надо подсунуть загрузчику, будут лежать в
раздел/syslinux/alt0/
