Просьба при хороших подробных ответах на часто задаваемые вопросы
или сразу давать Cc: question@, или форвардить туда, если автор
забыл или постеснялся.
Ссылки на "поиск по рассылке" -- это индикатор проблемы,
а не толковый совет :(
2 postmaster: кстати, можно наконец перекрасить question@ в faq@?
(оставив на ближайший год и старый алиас, наверное)
