Вопрос к "*ядерщикам*":
джентельмены, а чем у нас СУЩЕСТВЕННО отличаются ядра стандартные и wks с
точки зрения планировщика?
уже не первый раз наблюдаю решительную невозможность работы со стандартными
ядрами на относительно "слабых" машинах (хотя как сказать, гигагерцовый
процессор вряд ли отнесёшь к особенно слабым): LA может зашкаливать за 8 и
более, особенно, при ождании поступления данных из сети. В то же время, на
ядрах серии wks, повдение вполне приличное, хотя и не дотягивает по
отзывчивости до ядер серии 2.4.
И второе, очень уж давно wks ядра не обновлялись, стоит ли ждать появления
обновлений, хотя-бы по безопасности?
