[Comm] Не грузятся Х после апгрейда ядра с alt11 до alt12 (std-smp)

Пришел с работы такой радостный и давай АЛЬТ апгрейдить.
dist-upgrade прошел без мата. На всякий случай перегрузился - полёт
нормальный.

Беру apt-upgrade-kernel.sh - говорит "Да, имеется новое ядро", получаю
список (к сожалению не сохранил, чтобы показать), скармливаю его xargs 
apt-get -y install. Снова всё проходит без мата (всегда так было).
Перегружаюсь. Опаньки! Иксы не грузятся. startx говорит такое:

ovz какое-то откуда-то появилось.

Загрузил alt11. Вот пишу. Жду советов.
Пятница. Вечер. Очень вовремя...

P.S. Backup корня вчера сделал (в предвкушении запланированого апгрейда).
Если всё плохо - просто восстановлю корневой раздел.

А как же раньше без x11_autosetup всё работало?
