Это tmpfs. Обычно выделяется половина swap. Либо не
использовать tmpfs, либо сделать больше свопа. А можно
переменную TMPDIR направить в другое место.

Можно попробовать запускать из консоли так:
TMPDIR=/папка/где/много/места krec
P.S. И настройте спеллчекер.
