Да, я тестировал систему c измененем этого параметра - небольшой
прирост производительности на глаз ощущается. но потом я где-то прочел,
что один из kernel-небожителей считает наоборот, что своп должен
работать и делает этот парметр большим, чем умолчательное 60, я не стал
рекомендовать его включить по умолчанию. Хотя может я и закидывал
предложение в desktop@, не помню.. Сейчас прочел заметку про то, как
один сделал себе вообще 10 и рад..
Но нет ли тут обратной стороны медали? Ведь если до упора система не
будет использовать своп в достаточной мере, пока это возможно, то потом
может наступить
моментальная .. сами знаете что.. Разве нет..?
