Насколько могу судить, в M24 не было файла, содержащего в имени
apt-move. Возможно, Вы или кто-то другой отдельно прикручивали?
(в Debian это также отдельный пакет; у нас в orphaned/obsolete
не наблюдается)
PS: это всё-таки не вопрос по разработке Desktop, а скорее по
комплектации утилит семейства аптовых; предлагаю перебраться
в community@ и по возможности вспомнить или узнать, откуда же
был на Master apt-move.
