В данном случае (пока в Сизифе и 4.0.x одни и те же ядра) можно взять
модуль из архива Сизифа:
http://ftp.altlinux.org/pub/distributions/archive/Sisyphus/2007/12/13/files/i586/RPMS/kernel-modules-ltmodem-std-smp-8.26a9-alt15.132626.10.i586.rpm
Вообще пакеты в архиве можно искать по имени src.rpm:
GET http://ftp.altlinux.org/pub/distributions/archive/Sisyphus/index/kernel-modules-ltmodem-std-smp
выдаст пути относительно каталога с архивом
http://ftp.altlinux.org/pub/distributions/archive/Sisyphus/
(бинарные пакеты лежат в $arch/RPMS вместо SRPMS).
