Ага, тогда DHCP/TFTP/NFS он точно отдаёт (на 192.168.0.1/24 --
см. ftp://beta.altlinux.org/ltsp-server/README и freesource).
Покажите-ка вывод /sbin/ip ad на сервере.

Я так не делал, но led@ проверял. Также есть скрипт
ltsp-mkbootiso для создания загрузочных CD (в ltsp5-server).
