Можно вместо /dev/sdb1 указать имя ссылки из /dev/disk/by-id/*,
соответствующей нужному разделу (либо /dev/disk/by-uuid/*, или даже
/dev/disk/by-label/*, если задана достаточно уникальная метка) - тогда
запись в fstab будет применяться только при монтировании именно этого
диска. Стоит сделать уникальной и точку монтирования.
