В /etc/sysconfig/hotplug установи USBPLUG в no, в строке
HOTPLUGRC="cpu.rc sound.rc usb.rc pnp.rc pci.rc misc.rc block.rc acpi.rc"
убери usb.rc и выполни service hotplug restart
Должно помочь.
