Второе-то зачем? Эти драйверы и так есть в бранче в лучшем виде.

А как запускаете? Попробуйте
sh VirtualBox_1.5.2_Linux_x86.run

mount | grep noexec

У конкретного пользователя или вообще? Если вообще -- то это баг
или скорее local misconfiguration.
