Нет, проблема там не в этом, а в том, что net-snmp из C3.0 недолинкован с
нужными библиотеками.
Необходимо посмотреть, с чем линкуется проверка на существование net-snmp
и добавить нужные библиотеки в строчку линковки.

Считать, что мантейнер пакета pam0_console Dmitry V. Levin знает об
администрировании GNU/Linux вообще и специфике ALT в частности немного
больше, чем сотрудники NVIDIA(r) Corporation.
