В документации к дистрибутиву написано, что так делать нельзя - Vista
не переносит изменения размеров её раздела (по крайней мере имеющимися
сейчас в ALD4 средствами):

Это опять-таки подтверждает, что причина проблем с загрузкой Vista
именно в порче каких-то структур NTFS, а не в изменении активного
раздела.
