Ну так и S4.0 по безопасности вполне поддерживается в рамках 4.0/branch.
Как минимум мной.
Другое дело, если ldv@ и co. задумывали иначе, но это лучше им самим
рассказать.

Не понял вас, но отвечу. Чтобы переключить язык зайдите в
"Tools"->"Languages"->"ru-RU(Russian)"
и перезапустите firefox.
